Our firm specialises in Personal Injury, Road Traffic Accidents and Credit Hire we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts Team on a part time basis.

To process and record all financial transactions in office/client account, recording of all monies received via proclaim accounts/Excel in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules

Liaising with solicitors/fee earners regarding money in client account to make sure no breaches are being made

Liaising with clients to request relevant documentation on a adhoc basis prior to payments been made

Processing disbursements from both office/client account

Sending out remittances to relevant companies

Inputting of purchase ledger invoices including purchase payments

Entering Costs bills and raising transfers from client to office

Assisting the Accounts Manager on a adhoc basis

General accounts administration, i.e. filing, answering the telephone etc, emails

Daily banking of cheques
-
Has the ability to use own initiative when working on your own as well as part of a team.

Excellent, oral, typing and written communication skills

3 to 4 days available

Pro - Rated up to 20k
