Due to successful growth, our client who is a managed services provider is looking to engage with applicants who have at least 1 year of recent and continuous direct administration or payroll experience.

Key duties of the Account Administrator include:

Providing payroll support

Preparing and reconciling daily, weekly and monthly payment summaries

Maintaining accurate and up to date payment records

Complying with current and relevant legislation and regulations

Assisting with all associated payroll duties

Managing payroll queries as required

Providing payroll reports to you team leader

Liaising with staff to ensure a smooth and transparent process is provided

Any other relevant ad-hoc duties required as discussed with your team leader

To be considered for the role of Account Administrator you will have the following experience:

End to End Payroll experience ideally gained within a multi-company business

Comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems

Demonstrated payroll experience

Demonstrated team working capabilities

Strong attention to detail

Problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner

Able to work to tight deadlines in a calm manner

Hours 37.5 pw Hybrid work (on completion of probation/training)

Although specific payroll experience is not necessary our client would be looking to only receive applications from candidates who do have either payroll experience OR a strong office based administrative background.
