You will be tasked with introducing updated working practices and systems to reduce total direct costs and improve service levels. Key to this role will be the continued motivation of the branch operational staff, and strengthening our culture of service and productivity.
Candidates applying for this opportunity must have previous experience of working as a Depot Manager or equivalent. You must be accustomed to setting and managing performance through KPI’s and driving business objectives through influencing your people. Commercially astute and able to develop the operation, you will be a highly motivated individual who can foster a positive culture on site.
