We are looking for a diligent, confident, self-motivated and experienced person to fill the

role of Business Development Manager.

The BDM will be responsible for dealing with current accounts and generating new

enquiries, leads and revenue for multiple departments within the firm.


You will also be responsible for building client relationships and managing Key Customer



Role Requirements

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong Communication skills and IT Fluency.
  • Excellent telephone manner and confident on the phone.
  • Ability to manage projects and multi-task.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing sales.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proactive, focused and self-disciplined.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.
  • Strategic and commercially astute.
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social channels.
  • Experience of the legal sector is essential.

The Candidate

  • 2 - 5 years experience within a Legal role
  • The ability to sell ideas, products and services
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • A strategic and creative mind
  • Strong leadership qualities to lead a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements
  • Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other statistical analysis software.
  • The ability to motivate themselves and others
  • A solid understanding of business and marketing principles
