We're looking for individuals with lots of outbound sales telephony experience who'll enjoy picking up the phone to introduce themselves to our existing customers and to identify our next ones too. If you already have sales experience, that's great. If you happen to have experience in the recruitment sector, even better but full training all about this thriving industry will be given.
The role:
Promoting our payroll services to recruitment agencies who will be using alternative providers.
Account managing existing recruitment agency clients to encourage further business, continuously striving to maximise potential business opportunities wherever possible
Prospecting new agency clients through outbound telephone activity, you'll get to introduce yourself and our business
Working with new Agency clients and negotiating and agreeing business terms to cement the relationship
Meet your new clients face to face at our office or theirs to secure new business and agency agreements
Achievable monthly targets with close support from an experienced team and supportive manager
The person:
·Recent experience working within a B2B Sales role and a proven track record of sales success
·Outbound Telephony sales experience also beneficial but they're pretty open minded
·Experience in generating business over the telephone supported with email LinkedIn and face to face.
·Ability to manage your own portfolio of work and drive towards achieving set targets
·Ability to work in a professionally in a fun and vibrant office with a like minded dedicated and welcoming team
·Ability to contribute to and plan a targeted sales campaign
·Familiar with lead generation and relationship building
·A working knowledge of office IT systems
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Receptive to training and feedback
The successful candidate will receive a base salary of £30k complemented with a generous commission package. You will also receive full training and support from a company that places high value on developing their team.
